Interestingly, have you considered the passage in Daniel 9:24 -27 - the “seventy weeks”? It has also proved to be a very accurate timeline. (The “weeks” are “sevens” of years, as in Hebrew, a week is denoted as “shabuah of days”). And it ties in very closely with the three cycles of 7 (seals, trumpets and vials) in Revelation!
I don't go there. All I need to know is that the LORD brought the Jews back to the land of their forefathers, and re-established the nation of Israel in May of 1948. If naysayers want to call them names and judge them, I say "take it up with the Lord." I will honor what God has done.
