There Is No Sin, They Say?

One of the teachings of the New Age movement is that there is no sin, that sin is just something that we were erroneously taught by “organized religion,” which they love to put down.

For example, Oprah Winfrey says:

"There is no sin; it has no consequence.”
"A Course in Miracles," Workbook pg 183

Vol 2, p. 179
"...sin is not real, and all that you believe must come
from sin will never happen, for it has no cause"

Supposedly these words were channeled by a spirit identifying itself as “Jesus Christ” to Dr. Helen Schucman who wrote the 3-volume book.

Let’s compare them with what the real Jesus said:

"I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.''

"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."

"So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.''

So who are you going to believe? The denials of the ever-popular Oprah Winfrey and others like her? Or the Word of God? Your conclusion will determine your fate.
