One of the teachings of the New Age movement is that there is no sin, that sin is just something that we were erroneously taught by “organized religion,” which they love to put down.
I read a Course in Miracles years ago. The title alone was intriguing. I wanted to believe we could manifest miracles and so I read the book, but there was so much in the book that contradicted the bible, and thankfully I knew enough of the bible to see that. From that point on I fact checked every feel-good message preached against the words of the bible.
It's hard to really stay on top of things like this. I remember believers posting about "A Course In Miracles" and how Oprah was pushing it. (That should alert anyone!) She causes SO many to go astray.
Sin is a huge part of our make-up. No matter what some may think or say. We need Jesus to set us free from the bondage!
